First, please contact us using the inquiry form.
What you want to shoot, your desired date and time, any concerns you may have, etc.
②We will reply within 24 hours.
If you do not receive a reply, please check your junk mail or contact us by phone (0905252 5838).
③We will contact you via email etc.
During this meeting, we will ask the shrine for permission to take photographs if necessary.
④ On the day, shooting
We exchanged greetings and then took photos for the allotted time.
I'll be taking pictures while looking at the shooting data, so I'll keep going.

After filming was finished, they disbanded.
⑤We will send you an invoice so please make the payment.
⑥After confirming your payment, we will send the data to the email address you provided.

Common to all plans: By what date do I need to make a reservation?

As long as we have availability, you can make a reservation at any time.
However, in order to fully prepare the equipment for the shoot,
We would appreciate it if you could make your reservation by the day before.

Question 3

Common to all plans: How long will it take to receive the photo data?

Accepted Answer

Generally, we will send you a special URL via email within 5 days of the shoot.
During busy periods in March, April, October and November, delivery time is 8 days.
If you would like to receive the DVD, we will send it to you for ¥1,080 + ¥540 (shipping).

All plans: How do I pay?

Payment can be made on-site, or
The money will be transferred to a Japan Post Bank account.

Question 5

Common to all plans: Where can I travel?

Accepted Answer

If you can adjust your schedule and cover travel expenses, we can do it anywhere in Japan or overseas.
Travel expenses vary depending on the location
If traveling by train: Actual public transportation costs
If traveling by car: Expressway tolls + gasoline (20 yen per km)

Common to all plans: Are there any cancellation fees or charges for requesting a date change?

Please contact us at any time if you need to change your appointment schedule due to illness.
Please also contact us if you would like to change the shooting date due to rain or bad weather.
We can take photos even in the rain, but if you have any requests,
We will change the shooting date free of charge.
 
If you want to stop shooting,
On the day of the shoot: 100%
From the day before to 3 days before: 50%
Up to one week before the shoot: 30%
More than one week before the shoot: Free

Common to all plans: What kind of clothing should I wear?

In the case of couple plans or parent-child photo shoots, the clothing styles are similar,
If the colors are similar, you can take photos that have a clean, neat look.

Question 10

Common to all plans: Where will you take your photos at home?

Accepted Answer

We will take the photos in a simple space in your home, either near a wall with no clutter or near a window with lace curtains.
You may also bring in backing paper if necessary.
Please send us a photo of your room during the meeting.
We will decide how to handle the consultation through discussion.

Question 11

Common to all plans: I would like to receive the data on DVD.

Accepted Answer

This can be provided for an additional fee of ¥1,000 (tax included) + ¥164 shipping.
If you pick it up in person, there is no shipping charge.

Accepted Answer

Basically, it is women. However, in the case of studio shooting, men may be present in the studio. Since the shooting involves a lot of exposure, if you are not comfortable with men, please contact us in advance.

All plans include: There is an entrance fee for the locations where you come to take photos.

Accepted Answer

Customers will be responsible for any unavoidable entrance fees incurred during filming.

Common to all plans: Are there travel expenses?

You will be responsible for transportation and actual expenses.

Question 16

When is the best time to take photos when there is a shrine visit or Shichi-Go-San prayer ceremony?

Accepted Answer

Since children get tired easily and their clothes tend to become untidy, it is best to take the photos before the prayer service.

Question 17

Is it possible to take photos at shrines for events such as shrine visits and Shichi-Go-San?

Accepted Answer

Photography is permitted at the shrine, but permission is required to take photos inside the shrine.
Also, if you wish to take photographs during prayer, you must confirm this.
Please check with the person in charge regarding permission to take photographs.
